I have thousands of miles of road and trail running experience
Running has been a part of my life for 13 years and I want to share the benefits of sport with people who want to improve their performance as runners. In 2019 I decided to become a certified coach and I am now certified by the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA).
As many amateur runners, I have to balance my personal and work life with my running, so I'm familiar with the challenges that have to be overcome in order to reach that personal record.

MY TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
All athletes are different
Each athlete has their own targets, has had their own experience and has biomechanics that make them different from other athletes. In turn, every training plan must be made specifically for each athlete in order to maximize their strengths and improve weaknesses.
Each athlete will receive their training plan through TrainingPeaks and the plan may be adjusted as necessary as each athletes progresses and evolves. TrainingPeaks allows the delivery of your training plan, anywhere in the world and keeping up with all your key metrics.
Trail runners must endure many hours whether going up, down, over technical terrain or a flat road. Being prepared for all the mountain has to offer is key to being a successful trail runner
Would you like to reach a 10K personal record? Increase your race distance to a half marathon or marathon? There is a road that leads to finishing your road race in the best possible time
